C1 provides identity governance for Close. Integrate your Close account with C1 for unified visibility and governance over who has access to your customer relationship data.

Capabilities

ResourceSyncProvision
Users
Groups
The connector syncs the people who have access to your Close account and the groups they belong to. Each user syncs with their email and name; active users sync as enabled and deactivated users sync as disabled, which is useful for offboarding review. Each group syncs with its members, so you can see who belongs to which group at a glance.

Gather Close credentials

To read the full list of users and group memberships, the API key must belong to an administrator of your Close organization.
1
Sign in to Close as an administrator and open Settings.
2
Go to Developer, then select API Keys.
3
Create a new API key and copy it. Store it somewhere safe — Close shows the full key only once.

Configure the Close connector

Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.
1
In C1, navigate to Integrations > Connectors and click Add connector.
2
Search for Close and click Add.
3

  • Close API key: The API key you created in Close.
8
